I'm a third generation Arizonan and an Associate Broker at Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert in Sedona. My grandfather helped develop neighborhoods in West Sedona and Uptown, and my family has been in Sedona real estate for nearly seventy years.
I have closed more than 240 transactions, including dozens of my own investment deals, and I'm the author of "Win Win Win or No Deal." Most of my work has been with out of area investors who buy real estate as part of a larger strategy.

I am a broker, not an engineer, an accountant or an attorney. On a commercial deal I find and vet the property, coordinate the due diligence and negotiate the transaction, working alongside your CPA, attorney and other advisors.
